Eucharistic Adoration is a traditional form of prayer that involves exposition of the Blessed Sacrament displayed in a monstrance, in recalling Christ's invitation: "Come to me all you who labor and are burdened and I will give you rest". The faithful respond by committing one hour of adoration each week, or simply drop in as the Spirit calls. This time spent with the Lord helps to deepen our personal relationship with Christ and is a window of God's grace for the parish and others.
